How we test. every test starts with a real account, deposit via Bancontact, request a withdrawal and time every step. Licence status is verified directly with the Gaming Commission and check what the terms actually say.
Weekly limit, age bar and exclusion
The rules on player protection here run more firmly than players tend to expect with effects you cannot route around. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week. Downwards it goes without an intermediate step, upwards, a review and a delay apply.
Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: one registration excludes you at once from every licensed operator, online and on-site. The request goes through the regulator itself. The age bar moved on 1 September 2024 from 18 to 21 for casino, hall and betting; 18 still applies at the National Lottery alone. It applies online and on-site.
